Once you create an account, you have unlimited access to the web site. So you can send e-mail daily, weekly, or as often as you want. - Do I have to send an e-mail for all students every time I send e-mail?
No, the system allows you to select all or just some of your students. - How can I quickly send the same comment for all selected students?
The system allows you to choose a default comment that will be sent to the parents of all selected student. - When the e-mail arrives in a parent's inbox, who is identified as the sender?
The e-mail will have the teacher's e-mail address listed as the sender. - What does the e-mail look like when parents receive it?

- How many comments do I have to choose from?
There are currently more than 60 comments to choose from, categorized by Academic Performance, Work Habits, and Citizenship. If you'd like to suggest a new comment, please send us an email. - How many e-mail recipients are allowed for each student?
You can enter up to two e-mail addresses for each student; the same e-mail will be sent to both recipients. - Do I have a record of all the e-mail that I send?
The details of all e-mail sent are listed on your Comments History page, and can be sorted by date and/or student name. Information for a student will remain on your Comments History page until you delete the student from your account. - What security features does the web site use?
Before you can use the web site, you must verify your account by clicking on a link in an e-mail sent to you. After verification, if an attempt is made to login to your account using an invalid password, an e-mail alert will be sent to your e-mail address. Also, any e-mail sent from your account is listed on your Comments History page. - How many comments do I have to choose from?
